13th March 2017 newsletter small

Here is this week’s newsletter, leading with an item that the GCSE exams are well and truly underway – Good luck Year 11!

We also draw your attention to the Race For Life event on 31st March, and would like to say a big thank you to all of the money pledged so far.  We look forward to seeing our students in their choice of headgear on the day, as the theme is “Wear a Hat”

The online safety evening which was due to be held earlier this term has now been rescheduled, it will take place on Monday 24th April at 7pm. We look forward to seeing you at what is an informative and interesting presentation.

Many congratulations to all our mathematicians for their Olympic-style qualifications, and to our sportsmen and women for their spirited performances in Netball and Football. Special mention and good luck wishes to Max Heyden of Year 11, who is running for Tomlinscote and Surrey at the English Schools Cross Country Final in Norwich on Saturday.
